Odom's Mill is carefully nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the
Intracoastal Waterway in the Palm Valley section of Ponte Vedra Beach. Our
community consists of 233 single family homes averaging in size
from 2,000 to over 3,100 square feet. As a deed restricted community we
are governed by a Board of Directors and subject to a Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions and Architectural Control Guidelines of the
Odom's Mill Community Association Inc. Our community is conveniently located
minutes from the beaches, shops, restaurants, golf, tennis and other
activities. Our amenities include our own community pool.
Ponte Vedra Beach is an unincorporated seaside community in St. Johns
County, Florida, United States, 26 miles north of St. Augustine. It is a stylish
tourist resort best known for its association with golf. It is the home of the
ATP Tour, the PGA Tour, and The Players Championship
which is played at The Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass.
Tennis, boating and surfing are other popular activities.
The
area is known for its resorts including the
