“Volunteers Needed”

 

Odom’s Mill consists of 232 individual homes, most of which are owned and occupied by families like yours, that desire a neighborhood that is safe, secure and one that promotes the enhancement of property values. If every property owner had these same goals and objectives for home ownership, then perhaps there would be no need for rules and regulations, better known as Covenants and Restrictions. The original developer of this property could not take this chance, thus this property was developed as a Restricted Community and as such, each property has recorded restrictive covenants that govern its use and occupancy. These same covenants created the Odom’s Mill Community Association, whose duty it is to protect and enforce these same covenants and restrictions through various boards and committees.

 

The current Board of Directors of your Odom’s Mill Community Association needs your assistance and support in staffing various committees required for the Association to function properly. Volunteers are needed in areas such as social activities, covenant enforcement, architectural reviews and appeals, just to name a few. Elections are coming up in a couple of months, so why not just run for a board position as well. If you feel inclined to help, please contact us by email directly below or by calling Kimberly Hamm, our Property Manager at May Management.

 

If you are still unsure or you have more questions, please join us at the Pool for an informal Pizza Party on Thursday, September 17th at 6:00pm. The Board will provide the pizza, if you will bring your own beverage of choice.
